Print Form

A sample form can be printed at any time during the sample procedure and can be a useful onsite guide.

Print Report

A report form can be printed once you have received the results back from the Lab. It provides an overall sample summary which can then be filed with the sample correspondence.

Print Label(s)

There are two types of labels available in SFSD Desktop, Single (for label printers) and multiple for Standard Avery 2x4 sheets (J8165)

With your sample selected click on the “Labels” button.
